How it works

How it works.

We do not underwrite or set prices. That work belongs to the lender, and so does the decision.

Choose the option closest to what you need funds for, then send the form.

2

We do the introduction

Your request reaches the lenders and lending partners in our network. That is where our part ends.

Any terms come from the lender after it reviews your application. You read them and decide.

The choice of purpose is yours. Here is what people put down most.

Consolidating debt

Several balances replaced by one loan with one payment. Whether that helps depends on the terms the lender offers.

Repairs and renovations, funded without borrowing against the equity in your home.

Car repair or purchase

Car repair or purchase

An unexpected repair, or a private-party purchase an auto lender will not finance.

Questions

Common questions.

Is Larchwood Ridge a lender?

No. Larchwood Ridge is a comparison and referral service. We don't lend money, we don't approve or deny applications, and we don't set rates or terms. We connect you with lenders and lending partners who do.

What rate will I get?

We can't tell you, and we won't pretend to. Rates and terms are set by the lender after they review your application, and they depend on your credit profile, your income, your state, the amount, and that lender's own criteria. Anyone quoting you a number before you apply is estimating.

What does it cost to use?

Nothing. We're paid by the lenders and partners in our network when we refer a customer. That's also why we can't claim to show you every lender in the market. We work with the ones we work with.

Am I obligated to take anything?

No. Nothing is binding until you review a lender's final terms and sign their loan agreement. You can walk away at any point before that.

Who will contact me?

Larchwood Ridge, and the lenders or lending partners we connect you with. You can opt out of our marketing at any time through the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing optout@larchwoodridge.com.

Important disclosures

Larchwood Ridge · 4845 Pearl East Cir Suite 118 # 23931, Boulder, CO 80301

Larchwood Ridge is not a lender, bank, credit union, or loan broker and does not make credit decisions or issue loans. We operate a comparison and referral service that connects consumers with third-party lenders and lending partners. We do not guarantee that you will be approved, that you will receive any particular rate, term, or loan amount, or that any lender will contact you.

We do not quote rates, terms, payments, or loan amounts. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a pre-approval, or a commitment to lend. All terms are determined solely by the lender after it reviews and underwrites your application, and they vary by lender, by applicant, and by state. Not all products are available in all states, and some lenders charge origination or other fees.

Applying with a lender may involve a credit inquiry, which can affect your credit score; the lender will disclose this to you. Late or missed payments may result in additional fees and can negatively affect your credit. Consolidating debt into a longer-term loan may lower a monthly payment while increasing the total amount repaid over the life of the loan.

We are compensated by lenders and partners in our network when we refer a customer. This compensation may influence which products appear and the order in which they appear. We do not represent every lender or loan product available in the market. Larchwood Ridge does not provide financial, legal, tax, or credit-repair advice; consider speaking with a qualified professional about your situation.
